Gov. Jay Inslee statement on passage of estate tax legislation
"It’s great news that the Legislature acted tonight to protect the Education Legacy Trust Fund by voting to fix a glitch in our estate tax law.
Statement from Gov. Inslee on Senate passage of the operating budget
“I am pleased the Senate passed the operating budget, which keeps us on track to have a budget in place by the start of the new biennium on Monday.
“I expect the House to act quickly and pass it as well, so it can be sent to my office.
