A commendation or congratulatory letter is issued in recognition of a significant accomplishment or accolade of a Washington State Resident. If our office requires additional information to complete your request we will reach out to you with the information provided below.
 
Your draft language should be submitted as if it was written from the Governor's perspective. Staff will review your draft for tone, voice, and content.
 
Please Note: We require at least 30 days of notice in order to accommodate your request. If you request to have your letter completed within the 30-day window, your request will likely be declined.
