Pursuant to Washington State Law, some board and commission appointments require Senate confirmation, personal financial disclosure, or both. Appointees subject to confirmation by the state Senate must submit a completed Senate Confirmation Questionnaire; appointees requiring financial disclosure must file an annual Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1).
