Board Requirements
The law identifies representatives from a variety of coastal stakeholder interests, including: citizen, commercial fishing, conservation, economic development, education, energy, recreation, recreational fishing, ports, shellfish aquaculture, shipping, and science.
Coastal counties means Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Pacific counties. Coastal waters means the waters of the Pacific Ocean seaward from Cape Flattery south to Cape Disappointment from mean high tide seaward two hundred miles.
