Citizen Members:
Chairman Brian Cladoosby of the Swinomish Indian Community. Cladoosby is Chairman of the Swinomish Tribe and President of the Association of Washington Tribes.

Sue Cohn of Port Angeles. Cohn is a coordinator for the Educational Audits for School Improvement at OSPI. She also supervises student teachers at Western Washington University and is enrolled in the Leadership for Learning doctoral program at the University of Washington with a focus on social justice and equity in education.

Adair Dammann of Seattle. Dammann is a lifelong labor organizer, a mountaineering guide and an environmental advocate.

Jesse Farrias of Wapato. Farrias is the Mayor of Wapato, was a member of the Liquor Control Board, a veteran and the former head of Washington Veterans Affairs.

Paul Jacobsen of Vancouver. Jacobsen is a neurologist at Vancouver Neurology and has served as a member of the Ethics Committee at Southwest Washington Medical Center.

Todd Imhof of Tacoma. Imhof is one of the founders of Pinnacle Rarities, and serves as Chairman of ICTA, the coin industry's government affairs group.

Representative John Lovick of Mill Creek. Representative Lovick was elected as Representative for the 44th legislative district in 1998. His legislative priorities include transportation, education and public safety. Lovick retired from the Washington State Patrol after 30 years of service and was awarded WSP Trooper of the year in 1992.

Mary Ann McCurdy of Spokane. McCurdy is Principal of McCurdy Management & Consulting and serves on the Washington State Arts Commission. She is also the former Eastern Washington Director for Governor Gary Locke.

Mary Riveland of Deer Harbor. Riveland is the Principal of Riveland Associates. Prior to this, Riveland worked in state government serving as Director to the Departments of Ecology, Licensing, General Administration and Lottery.

Josie Wannarachue of Kennewick. Wannarachue is the owner of The King and I Restaurants in Kennewick. She is the past president of the Stroum Guild Children's Hospital in Seattle, and a past member of the Kennewick General Hospital Foundation. She is active with the American Heart Association and with the Tri-Cities Children's Developmental Center.

Alex Drake, age 13 of Olympia. His parents are Cathy Johnston and Brian Drake.

Emily Locke, age 10 of Seattle. Her parents are former Governor Gary Locke and First Lady Mona Lee Locke.

Justin Sevier, age 13 of Olympia. His parents are Jeri and Jeff Sevier.

Elaine Whaley, age 15 of Spokane. Her parents are Bob and Cindy Whaley.
