Global Competitiveness Council

The Global Competitiveness Council, Chaired by Alan Mulally, President and CEO, Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Judith Runstad, Attorney, Foster Pepper and Shefelmann PLLC, was convened by Governor Gregoire to help frame the future for Washington in an increasingly competitive global environment. The Council and its committees are charged with providing policy options and specific measures of success. The Council has created subcommittees on Marketing; Political Environment; Infrastructure; Research and Innovation; and Skills.
