Washington, DC Office

The governor’s Washington, D.C. office represents the governor and state government before the federal government and others in the nation’s capital. The governor’s staff in the Washington, D.C. office work closely with the state’s congressional delegation, and advocate before Congress and the federal administration in order to advance and protect Washington’s interests. This office also works closely with other states, and interacts with a wide range of domestic and international organizations based in Washington, D.C.
