Governor Gregoire's Internship Program
Governor Gregoire is proud to invite Washington's future leaders to serve as volunteer interns in her office. This program allows college students to make a significant contribution to our state, while earning academic credit, exploring career options and gaining valuable professional experience.
Intern projects may include researching and analyzing public policy, helping staff organize recommendations for Governor Gregoire as she appoints the members of boards and commissions, organizing community events for Governor Gregoire and assisting in constituent services and communications.
Interns will work closely with Governor Gregoire's staff on these meaningful projects. The experience gained in our internship program will enhance your resume, giving you an important career advantage.
Governor Gregoire’s interns serve in her offices in Olympia, Vancouver and Spokane. Full-time and part-time internships are available. We welcome applications from college juniors, seniors, and graduate students with strong academic backgrounds who are willing to make a serious commitment to public service. Out-of-state students are also welcome to apply.
